Tamara’s experience of divisional leadership in front line performance management in a national organisation led her to re-evaluate the approaches to retaining, motivating and developing people within organisations. It is her belief that coaching supports the raising of individual awareness within the workplace, which provides the foundation for authentic learning and engagement and sustained performance development.
Tamara is an experienced practitioner and proponent of workplace performance analysis and assessment. She believes that specialist assessments provide a window on individual performance and interpersonal relationships that are pivotal in creating the understanding from which growth can be mapped and development enabled. With in-house experience across the corporate spectrum from film and television to newspaper publishing and residential property in both the UK and the USA, Tamara is ideally positioned to support both the business and creative development of individuals in the workplace.
Tamara has worked on assignments varying from leadership transition, performance assessment and development to career management and exit coaching and her experience ranges from local government to public and professional services. Tamara holds a certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from the CIPD, is accredited at practitioner level by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and is a certified practitioner of the BarOn EQ-I (Emotional Quotient Inventory).
