Caroline spent 10 years working as an Assistant Head teacher and also has experience in the private sector working with both employees and young people.
Her prestigious award of “The National Sunday Times Physical Education Teacher of The Year” in 2009 acknowledged her role in leading educational development across the UK and these days she frequently presents at many high profile events such as The National Legacy Conference with Lord Sebastian Coe at The International Education Conference. Her work is frequently published and she has been acknowledged through the many awards she has won, such as The National Wellness Challenge winner and The Team GB Competition winner. She has lead, written and delivered national projects with the Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust, London 2012, Sochi 2014 and the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
As a presenter Caroline dedicates her enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism to developing and enhancing corporate health and wellbeing practices and has a wealth of experience designing and delivering tailor-made corporate health packages to motivate, re-energise, and retain employees all with a measurable return on investment. These programmes cater for the needs of any workforce and include office staff, management teams, sales teams, transport and logistics divisions or indeed, any business which experiences high absence rates.
Caroline is able to offer one-off days or yearly health and wellbeing programmes which make a real impact to the workplace and she can create solutions to help your workforce using corporate fitness challenges, short video presentations, workplace wellbeing tips, health and wellness blogs and fitness and nutrition information, all of which are designed to keep all employees on track and engaged.
